I had a spicy chicken dish for side and a pork broth noodles with meat balls combos (beef, pork and fish). I was told the meat balls were all hand crafted with traditional recipes with the finest ingredients. Limited amount daily. The broth was made with loads of ingredients then slow cooked and reduced. Chief is refused cutting corner to made the broth, so no MSG being added. You can taste all the ingredients individually with no conflict. You can feel the heart and efforts are being put in the bowl. And I was offered a free tranditional Hong Kong style dessert to complete the meal. Absolutely amazing!- Meal type

Ordered Lamb Rice Noodles, Spicy-Sour Chicken Broth Noodles and Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce! All free of MSG, not strong flavour but can taste the original flavour from the meat, won’t feel heavy even after finishing all the soup, recommended to all noodles lover.

Travelled all the way from London and it’s just so worth it! Staff are really helpful and friendly. I ordered the chicken broth noodles and can’t help myself finishing it all (even the broth!). You can tell they didn’t add any MSG, and every ingredients are freshly made! Will definitely come back!

Ordered pork soup rice noodles and chicken soup rice noodles and it’s very delicious especially the beef ball! The staffs here are very nice too! Definitely recommend!

Welcomed atmosphere. Food is great, especially their 8 hour slow-cooked soup. This is the greatest noodle soup I have ever tried in Manchester.

We regularly go there 3-4 times each month. Food quality is amazing. Always keeping high standards. The food is great. We have tried most of the food, including all the mains and sides. Best noodles we had in Manchester so far

I've never tasted rice noodles of such high quality, especially in broth soup. The handmade meatballs are incredibly tasty. The chili oil is bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.

The best broth I ever tried among all noodle and ramen shops in the UK. All three broths are rich and full flavor of chicken, pork and lamb without MSG. The noodle could be perfect if more choices of ingredients.

The meal was excellent and full of bold flavors. The spicy chicken was tender and aromatic, the noodles were comforting with fresh toppings, and the black fungus salad was refreshing with a nice crunch. Everything paired perfectly with a cold Coke—great balance of spice, texture, and freshness!
